Socks Knocked off, Part III

Brain-Baby Man
A man was pregnant; the baby was growing in his brain, so he had to get an ultrasound of his brain. It was growing just about where the hypothalamus is. Then one night, he woke up soaked in blood because he'd cut off one of his balls in his sleep. (The day before a friend of mine mentioned the Lorena Bobbitt episode, so that accounts for the last part).
